• No Commercial Use: We will not sell or license your Work to third parties without your explicit consent.
• Your Responsibility: You confirm your Work is original and does not infringe any third-party rights. You are responsible for keeping copies of your Work, as we are not liable for data loss due to technical issues.
• Mature Content Policy:Your Work may include mature themes (e.g., violence, strong language, or sexual content) if they are relevant to the narrative and handled tastefully. However, Works where mature content is the primary focus or purpose (e.g., predominantly explicit or gratuitous content) are not permitted. You must tag any mature content appropriately using the Site’s tools to ensure readers can make informed choices. Our moderation team may review submissions to ensure compliance, and non-compliant Works may be removed.
• Content Deletion: You may delete your Work at any time while your account is active using the Site’s tools. If you close your account without deleting your Work, it may remain on our servers and could stay publicly accessible. We are not obligated to delete or manage your Work after account closure.

5. Account Closure and Content Retention Policy

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, all personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Published works, including novels and other written content, will remain available on the platform and may be attributed to "Anonymous" or a similar non-identifying label.

Authors who wish to have their published works removed must delete their content prior to initiating the account closure process. Following account deletion, we are unable to modify or remove any remaining content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property
